The White Hart are proud to announce that they have been awarded a coveted Four Gold Star rating in a recent inspection by the British Tourism Board. There are no other Restaurant with Rooms holding a Gold in Essex, and only 8 Gold rated properties serviced properties (such as Guest Accommodation, B+Bs). There are also only 4 Gold rated Self Catering properties in Essex, so therefore 12 Gold Properties in Essex. Out of the 345 properties that were assessed by the British Tourism Board, this puts the White Hart in the top 0.03%, an achievement we are justifiably proud with.
We are also pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded a four 'gold star' AA rating for food and accommodation and we have also won an AA rosette for the past 5 years.
At the White Hart we strive for quality. Service, food and the comfort of all of our customers is of paramount importance. We have a policy of supporting the best local suppliers for meat and vegetables. As well as using an extensive list of local farmers we also grow our own fruit and herbs and have plans to extend our own food production over the next few years.
